Title: Quick Hot Fudge Sauce

Yield: 1 Cups

2	tb	Butter or margarine
1/3	c	Hershey's cocoa
1		Can (14 oz.) sweetened
		Condensed milk
2	tb	Water
1	ts	Vanilla extract

In heavy 2-qt. saucepan combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or desserts.

Microwave directions: In Medium microwafe-safe bowl microwave butter at HIGH (100 %) 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Add cocoa; stir until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and water. Microwave at HIGH 1 minutes; stir. Microwave at HIGH 1-2 additonal minutes, stirring with whisk after each minute, or until mixture is smooth and warm. Stir in vanilla. Serve as suggested.
